Overview

The Leasing Reports tab is where you'll find property-level data and can generate custom reports for your clients.

Pulling the data

Start by selecting a property at the top-right. You can select either an individual unit or an entire multifamily property.

Filter the data by date range or since the property was listed.

Note: Multifamily properties will display the data for all currently available units, since the day they were posted

Analyzing the data

Once you've filtered the data, you'll be able to see:

  • Conversion rate funnel

  • Prospect source breakdown

  • Showing feedback

  • Detailed pipeline

    • Real-time view of where each prospect is in the leasing journey and their showing status

    • You can click on the prospect to open up a mini version of the Command Center

Lead benchmarks

Properties will either show as either "Healthy" or "At-risk", based on the lead volume benchmarks we have for properties to that size and type

  • Healthy: The property is at or above the lead benchmark

  • At-risk: The property is below the lead benchmark

Note: The lead benchmark for a property and its health score resets when a property's price is adjusted

Generating a report

To share this data with your clients, click the "Generate Report" button at the top right

This will open a pop-up window, with a preview of the report PDF.

Now you can:

  • Customize the date range of the data

  • Edit the agent comments (AI will automatically draft a suggestion for you)

  • Edit or remove individual showing feedback

Finally, you can click Send Email to generate a draft email for your client with the report attached. You'll have the opportunity to edit the email, before pressing Send.

Note: The email will send from reporting@rentengine.io, but replies from the client will go to your email address (the user who sent the report)
