RentEngine supports three main types of showings:
in-person showings with your team
self-showings with a lockbox or digital lock
Remote-guided showings
virtual showings, where the prospect is at the property by themselves but your team calls them to provide access instructions, walk them through the home, add feedback, and close out the showing
Additionally, you can combine accompanied and self-guided showings. Prospects can schedule an accompanied showings for any time slots when an agent is available, and can schedule a self-guided showing for all available time slots.
