Overview
If a showing time no longer works, both you and the prospect can cancel or reschedule the showing.
Cancel a showing
A prospect can always cancel an upcoming showing using the link we send when the showing is scheduled.
You can cancel an upcoming showing too:
Find their showing in the Showing Calendar
Click the Cancel button, and optionally customize they message they receive

Reschedule a showing
A prospect can always reschedule an upcoming showing using the link we send when the showing is scheduled. They'll be prompted to choose a new time, without redoing the prescreening.
You can reschedule an upcoming showing too:
Find their showing in the Showing Calendar
Click the Reschedule button, and choose a new time
Note: Agree on the new time with the prospect before using the reschedule feature.
