The application itself
Most applicants can complete the application in around 5 to 10 minutes, provided they have their documents and bank details to hand.
The assessment
Once submitted, your application is assessed against our acceptance criteria. You will typically receive your decision within 48 hours. Some applications may be faster; others may take longer if additional checks or manual review are required.
What can slow things down
Common reasons for delays include:
Unclear or incomplete document uploads.
Open banking connection issues.
Documents that require additional verification.
Initially provided documents do not demonstrate your strongest financial position so we have to request for further documents.
How you will be notified
You will receive an email notification when your application outcome is ready. You can also check the status of your application through your tenant dashboard.
