Once you have submitted your application, our team begins the assessment process. This involves reviewing your identity verification, financial documents, credit check, and any supporting information you or your Responsible Third Party have provided.
We will respond within 24-48 hours. You do not need to do anything further unless we contact you.
How long the review takes
Most straightforward applications are assessed within 24. Some complex applications may take up to 48 hours.
How to check your status
The best way to check on your application is through your tenant dashboard. Your current status is shown there and is updated as your application progresses.

In some cases, we will reach out to you by email during the review. This might be to:

When you will hear back
You will receive an email notification as soon as a decision has been made. The outcome will also be visible in your tenant dashboard. If approved, the email will include details of your fee and the next steps to activate your guarantee.
