The New Year, New You Global Promition applies to only the first month of Memberships in your Shop.

What if I have requested changes to my Promotion?

Any changes you have requested to your promotion will be live in the App prior to the promotion going live. Please contact support if you have questions.

When does the promotion go live?

The promotion runs from 12:01 AM on January 1 to 11:59 PM on January 7, 2025.

When will the text messages go out?

Text messages will send at 12:00 PM local time.

How can I see the promotion details?

You can view your promotion in the Admin Panel under the "Sitewide Promotions" tab.

Do I need to activate the promotion manually?

No. Your promotion will go live automatically at the scheduled time.

Will the promotion automatically expire after January 7?

Yes! Your promotion will automatically be removed after the end date.

How do I view my sales from this Promotion?

The Admin Panel will display sales data, including purchases and total revenue generated during the promotion. You can view your sales in the “Shop Summary,” “Services,” and “Memberships” reports on your Admin Panel.

Will I be notified when I make a sale?

Any team member with admin access and transaction notifications enabled will receive an email for each sale made. To activate transaction email notifications for your admin account, reach out to support@repeatmd.com.

I want to increase/decrease my discount. How do I do that?

Email support@repeatmd.com for any adjustments to your promotion.

Can I see a preview of the promotional text messages?

Yes. Pre-scheduled texts are visible under the "SMS Blasts" tab in your Admin Panel.

How do I let my clients know about my Promotion, outside of the pre-scheduled text messages?

How do I share the promotion on social media?

Use the ready-made graphics and suggested captions in the resource library to direct patients to your app's URL. Post consistently during the promotion to maximize engagement.

How do patients access the promotion?

Patients can log into your app, where the discounts will automatically apply during the checkout process.

What do I do if I need help during the Promotion?

Reach out to our support team by emailing support@repeatmd.com.

Will my patients be able to stack the Promo code with other discounts?

No, they will not be able to, with the exception of RepeatCash.

Can my clients use this Promo Code multiple times?

Yes! Your clients will be able to make multiple purchases in your App.
