Global Promotions are limited-time e-commerce campaigns designed to help you increase shop revenue without adding work to your team. Once you opt in, RepeatMD handles the setup - discount codes, in-app banners, SMS marketing, and ready-to-use marketing assets.

These campaigns are tied to seasonal events like Mother’s Day, Black Friday, and more.

How to Opt In

You can opt into an upcoming Global Ecommerce Promotion by filling out the form linked to these three notifications:

Notification 1: Via Admin Portal

  1. Log in to your Admin Portal

  2. Look for the ‘Opt-in E-Comm Promos’ in your dashboard navigation (towards the bottom under ‘CLIENT RESOURCES’

3. Click the promotion you want to join - LINK HERE

4. Fill out the opt-in form:

  • Check that you are in the correct promotion

  • Select your discount (10%, 15%, or 20%)

  • Add in any optional customization requests, inclusions, or exclusions

    • (please be as specific as possible for any customization requests)

  • Confirm your business details

💡Multi-location practices: Promotions apply to all locations by default. To customize by location, email services@repeatmd.com.


Notification 2: Via Email

  • Open the Global Promotions email from RepeatMD.

  • Click the link to access the opt-in form, and follow the same process as above.

  • Complete and submit the form as above.

  • Open the Global Promotions email from RepeatMD

  • Click the link to access the opt-in form, and follow the same process as above.

What Happens After You Opt In

Instant Confirmation Email

  • You’ll receive an automated confirmation email the moment you opt in.

  • If you need to update your opt-in (e.g., change discount or add notes), do not resubmit the form. Just email: services@repeatmd.com

Scheduled Reminder Emails

  • You’ll receive a reminder email 7 days before the promo goes live

  • Another reminder will be sent 1 day before the start date

  • Both emails will include links to your marketing assets and Help Center walkthrough

Platform Setup

RepeatMD will automatically set up the following in your platform:

  • A promo code based on your selected discount

  • Pre-scheduled text messages to your members

  • A dedicated shop category for featured promo items

  • Sitewide banners and call-to-action placement in your app

Marketing Support

You’ll receive marketing assets and instructions via email:

  • Pre-promo graphics (countdowns, teasers, story templates)

  • Promo-day materials (announcements, templates)

  • Email and social media templates to help drive traffic

All marketing assets will be available in the Help Center walkthrough for that promotion.


Best Practices

  • Check your Admin Panel often; opt-in banners only appear during live promotion windows.

  • Submit your form as early as possible for full customization.

  • If you need to change your opt-in details, do not submit the form again. Email services@repeatmd.com with your updates.

  • Start teasing the promotion 3–5 days in advance using the pre-promo materials provided.

Can I update my opt-in after submitting the form?

Yes. Email: services@repeatmd.com with your requested changes. Do not submit the form again.

When will I receive marketing materials?

Pre-promo assets are emailed 5–7 days before the campaign goes live.

Where can I access all campaign assets?

Each campaign has a dedicated Help Center page with updated links to all marketing resources and timelines.

Can I request a custom banner or shop layout?

Yes. Include your customization request directly in the opt-in form. While not immediate, all requests will be completed before the campaign launches.
