Custom Shop Categories allow you to group treatments and packages into curated categories that patients can browse and purchase in your Patient Rewards app. With the latest update, admins can now schedule multiple active and future-dated categories, automate activations, and enhance promotional visibility.
Why We Built This Enhancement
Managing promotions and shop categories manually was time-consuming and required constant oversight. With these enhancements, we aim to help you:
Reduce manual effort – Admins can now schedule and automate category activations instead of manually enabling them.
Improve visibility and organization – A new status-based system makes tracking active, scheduled, and expired categories easier.
Enhanced promotion planning – Categories can now be duplicated and scheduled for better long-term promotional strategies.
With the latest enhancements, you can:
Schedule start and end dates for custom categories, ensuring a seamless activation process.
Keep future-dated categories hidden until their scheduled start date.
Duplicate existing categories for faster setup and consistency.
Improve visibility and management with a new status-based system (Active, Scheduled, Expired, Archived).
Link categories directly to Sitewide Promotions (SWPs) for more streamlined promotions.
Schedule multiple SWPs in advance (while maintaining only one active SWP at a time).
