  • Send the Database Announcement on Day 1. The longer you wait, the more the moment loses momentum.

  • Keep the copy short. The templates above are intentionally brief. One clear message, one CTA. Don't add paragraphs.

  • Personalize by segment. A Botox patient and a lapsed patient are not the same. Treat them differently and your results will show it.
