How to Promote Ageless AI via Text

Best practices for texting your patient database and driving them to your Ageless link.

Updated this week

Overview

Text is one of the most direct ways to get patients into the Ageless AI experience. These templates give your staff ready-to-send copy for two situations: getting patients to complete a visualization for the first time, and following up personally at key moments in the patient journey.

There are two categories:

  • Campaign Texts — Broadcast texts sent to your patient list or segments to introduce Ageless AI and drive first-time completions.

  • Situational 1:1 Texts — Staff sends these in specific moments: after a phone inquiry, post-consultation, no-show follow-up, and more.

Send these from your practice's existing text platform or directly from a staff member's phone.

Why This Matters

Text is the highest-reach channel your practice has. Open rates for SMS sit around 98% — most messages are read within three minutes of receipt. Email is valuable, but text is immediate.

  • Patients read texts. Unlike email, texts don't get filtered, buried, or saved for later. The message lands and gets seen.

  • Short copy, fast action. A well-written text removes every barrier between curiosity and the first click. Thirty seconds from reading to visualization.

  • 1:1 texts convert at the highest rate. A personalized text from a staff member — sent right after a consultation or phone inquiry — turns a warm conversation into a completed visualization before the patient leaves the parking lot.

  • Text fills moments email can't. Some patients won't open a marketing email but will respond to a text from a real person at your practice. Both channels together leave no gap in your outreach.

Campaign Texts

Use these for broadcast sends to your patient list or segments. Keep them short, specific, and direct. Every text should have one job: get a click.

Character limit: Keep texts under 200 characters to avoid messages splitting into two. Longer texts can still be sent but may display as separate messages on some carriers.

Situational 1:1 Texts

These are sent by a staff member in the moment — triggered by a specific patient interaction. They're not broadcast sends. They're personal, timely, and convert at the highest rate of any outreach type because the patient is already warm.

Before sending: Check your Ageless AI dashboard to see what messages have already gone to this patient. Don't send something they've already received.

Best Practices

  • Send situational texts immediately. A text sent within an hour of a consultation or phone inquiry converts significantly better than one sent the next day. Strike while the conversation is fresh.

  • Keep it under 200 characters. Long texts split into multiple messages, which looks unprofessional and reduces click-through. Trim anything that isn't necessary.

  • Send from a real person when possible. "Hi [Name], it's Dr. Sarah" outperforms a generic brand sender. Patients are more likely to click a text that feels personal.

  • One link per text. The only CTA is the visualization link. Don't add your website, your booking page, or anything else. One action per message.

  • Personalize treatment-specific texts to the segment. A Botox patient and a GLP-1 patient are not the same audience. Use the right copy for each.

FAQs

Q: What platform should I use to send campaign texts?

Your existing text platform — whatever your practice already uses for patient communication. If you’re a RepeatMD customer, send a text to your patients right from your admin panel via your marketing tab.

Q: Can I edit the copy?

Yes. The templates above are starting points. Adjust the tone to match your practice voice — but keep them short and make sure every text includes the link.

Q: How is this different from Ageless AI's automated texts?

Ageless AI automatically sends text follow-ups after a patient completes their visualization. The texts in this article are ones your staff sends — to drive patients into the experience or to follow up in specific situations outside the automated sequence.
