How to Add and Manage Locations in Ageless AI

Manage location-specific settings across your Ageless account.

Overview

Locations can be added during onboarding and updated any time from the admin panel. If your practice is already a RepeatMD customer, your locations will auto-populate when you set up Ageless AI, so you can review and complete any missing fields rather than starting from scratch.


Accessing Your Locations

Locations can be added and managed from the admin panel at any time.

Admin Panel→Settings→Locations

The Locations page shows all your existing locations. Each location displays its address and phone number, with an Edit Hours button at the bottom of the card.

Adding a Location

Select + Add Location in the top right corner of the Locations page. Complete the following fields:

Setting Business Hours

Business hours are set per location. From the Locations page, select Edit Hours on the relevant location card.

  1. Go to Settings → Locations

  2. Find the location card you want to update

  3. Select Edit Hours

  4. Toggle each day on or off to indicate whether the location is open

  5. For each open day, set the opening and closing times

  6. Save your changes

Repeat for each location if you have more than one. Hours are not shared between locations.


Enabling Your Booking Link

By default, when a patient is ready to book, Ageless AI presents an in-flow consultation request — a built-in scheduling step where the patient selects a preferred day and time. The request routes to the practice location nearest to the patient.

Enable the External Booking Redirect if you want to add the option for patients to book through your own scheduling system.

  1. Go to Settings in the admin panel

  2. Find the External Booking Redirect toggle under Product Options

  3. Toggle it On

Note: Make sure your consult booking link is entered on each location card before enabling this toggle.


If You're a RepeatMD Customer

Your locations will auto-populate in Ageless AI from your RepeatMD account. You don't need to re-enter your basic location information.

After auto-population, review each location card to confirm the following fields are filled in correctly:

  • Address

  • Phone number

  • Consult booking link

You can also add additional locations that aren't already in your RepeatMD account to Ageless.


FAQs

Q: My locations auto-populated from RepeatMD but some information is missing. What do I do?

Auto-populated locations carry over your core location details, but phone number, booking link, and hours may not transfer. Review each location card in Settings > Location and make sure to add or update any fields manually.

Q:Can I add a location after onboarding?

Yes. Locations can be added and managed from Settings → Locations at any time.

Q: What happens if I don't enable the External Booking Redirect?

Patients go through the in-flow consultation request — a built-in step within the Ageless AI experience where they select a preferred day and time. You are able to see the request in Admin and follow up accordingly.
