Overview
Your Ageless subscription is managed directly from your admin panel under Ageless Settings → Billing & Plan. From there you can view your current plan, see your renewal date, upgrade or downgrade, update payment information, or pause and cancel your subscription.
All Ageless plans include the same features — the biggest difference between plans is monthly patient volume and the per-patient cost, which decreases as volume increases.
Available Plans
Rollover Credits
Every plan includes rollover credits equal to your monthly patient allocation. When your practice doesn't use all of its patients in a given month, those unused credits automatically carry forward — giving you a buffer for busier months ahead.
Rollover credits expire after 60 days. Unused patients roll over automatically but are only available for the following 60 days. Plan ahead during slower months to take advantage of the buffer during high-demand periods.
Patient Overages
If your practice exceeds its monthly patient limit, here's how overages are handled:
Overage occurrence | Cost |
First overage month | Free — no charge for your first month over the limit |
Subsequent overage months | $10 per patient over the monthly limit |
Tip: If you're consistently hitting your patient limit, upgrading your plan before an overage month saves money. The per-patient cost drops on higher plans, and the first overage is free only once.
Upgrading or Downgrading
You can change your plan at any time from Ageless Settings → Billing & Plan. There are no lock-in periods — upgrade if you're expecting a high-volume period, or downgrade if your usage has been consistently under your current limit.
Pausing Your Subscription
If you need to temporarily step away from Ageless, you can pause your subscription instead of canceling. Pausing keeps your account and all your data intact while giving your practice time to regroup.
Pause Cost
$99/month while paused — a fraction of your plan cost to hold your account and data in place.
Pause Duration
You can pause for up to 3 consecutive months per year. After that, the subscription resumes.
Canceling Your Subscription
To cancel, go to Ageless Settings → Billing & Plan and select Cancel plan at the top of the page, or the Cancel my subscription link at the bottom. If you're still in your trial period, you can cancel without being charged.
⚠ You will lose access to all lead data upon cancellation.
When a subscription is canceled, the practice permanently loses access to all Ageless lead information — including contact records, engagement history, treatment interests, and lead scores. This data cannot be recovered after cancellation. If you're considering canceling, pausing your subscription preserves your data.
Updating Payment Information
Your current payment method is visible in the Billing & Plan tab. To update it, click Update payment next to the card on file and enter your new billing details.
FAQs
What happens to unused patients at the end of the month?
They roll over automatically and are available for the next 60 days. After 60 days, any unused rollover credits expire.
What does "patients" mean in the context of my plan?
Each unique patient who completes the Ageless experience and are in your services area or select that they're willing to travel to your practice count toward your monthly patient allocation. If the same user completes your Ageless flow more than once per month, retakes will not count towards your monthly total.
Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?
Yes — switching to an annual plan saves 15%. You can make that change from the Billing & Plan tab.
