Q: What is Ageless?
Ageless is an AI-powered patient acquisition and qualification tool. Prospective patients upload a selfie to see clinically informed treatment visualizations, including a "future self" aging view, and are then scored and enriched as leads so your practice knows who to prioritize and can follow up automatically.
Q: How accurate are the visualizations?
These are clinically informed previews, not beauty filters. The AI is trained on real treatment data and validated by our Medical Advisory Board, including Dr. Paul Nassif (Botched), Dr. Anil Rajani (Top 10 injector in America), and Dr. Shino Bay (#1 Sculptra provider in the US). We use the words "visualization" and "preview" rather than "results" because these represent possibilities, not guarantees.
Q: What treatments does Ageless support?
Ageless supports both aesthetics and wellness flows. Exact options may evolve as we ship updates, but today you can expect support for:

Q: Can I use Ageless for just aesthetics, or just wellness?
Yes — you can run aesthetics-only, wellness-only, or combined experiences. You control what services are included in your patient flow.
Q: Will I be able to customize Ageless with the services I offer?
Yes. You can tailor service naming to match your practice (e.g. rename "Microneedling" to "Morpheus8"), so the patient-facing language matches what you actually sell.
Q: Does Ageless integrate with my CRM?
Ageless can connect to other tools via Zapier and Keragon, so you can route leads into your CRM and workflows.
Q: Is Ageless available in Canada?
Yes!
Q: Can I use Ageless for telehealth?
Yes — and it's a powerful combination. With Ageless, a telehealth call becomes a conversion conversation. Instead of describing a treatment, you're walking the patient through a visualization they've already seen. A 5-minute call that actually closes.
Q: Where do I put Ageless? How do patients find it?
There are a lot of great options — Instagram bio, your website, email blasts, text campaigns, and your Google Business Profile are all solid starting points. One play many practices miss: put a QR code in your waiting room. A patient walks in for a consult, scans it, and within 60 seconds they're seeing their future self. By the time your team speaks with them, they're already pre-sold.

Q: What can I do to prepare before my trial starts?
Get a head start by thinking about where you'll share your Ageless link — Instagram, email list, patient texts, and your website are all great starting points. Once your onboarding email arrives, your first step is completing the setup flow and getting your link out there.
Q: When can I expect to be onboarded? (Founders)
If you're a Founders Club member, our goal is to get you live by mid-April (timing is based on your place in line and readiness). We'll notify you when it's your turn to start your trial, and you'll be added to a private onboarding cohort group for go-live support.
Q: I can't find my onboarding emails.
If you haven't been notified that your trial has started, you should currently be receiving periodic waitlist emails. Onboarding emails won't arrive until your trial is officially beginning — keep an eye out for that notification.
Q: How will I know when my trial begins? (Founders)
You'll receive a notification via email and text and be added to a private WhatsApp group with your onboarding cohort.
Q: When does my 30-day trial begin? (Founders)
Your 30-day trial begins whenever you receive the notification that you're off the waitlist. We'll send this via email and text, and add you to a private WhatsApp group with others going live at the same time.
Q: Where can I find my onboarding link?
Your onboarding link will be included in your trial start email. It won't be available until your trial begins.
Q: How long does onboarding take?
About 15 minutes. You'll be live immediately after completing it.

Patient Experience
Q: What if a patient doesn't like what they see?
That's the system working as intended. A patient who decides it's not for them was unlikely to book anyway — and without Ageless, they'd have taken up 45 minutes of your team's time in a consultation. Ageless filters out unqualified leads before they cost you anything.
Q: What happens if the same patient uses Ageless more than once?
Repeat usage from the same patient does not count against your monthly cap. This is built into the system.
Billing & Volume
Q: What do I pay month to month?
You choose your tier based on your volume and can change it at any time. Downgrade, upgrade, or cancel whenever you need to. No long-term commitment.
Q: What if I don't use all my patients?
Unused patients roll over. You get a rollover bank of up to 1x your monthly cap, so nothing is wasted.
Q: What if I go over my patient limit?
You can monitor usage in real time from your dashboard — no surprises. If you're approaching your limit, switch tiers at any time. Plus, your first overage is on us.
Q: What if people outside my area use this? Will I get charged?
No — Ageless can be geo-fenced. You can set the area you want to target and won't be charged for out-of-area usage.
