Understand Ageless AI Pricing, Plans, and Billing

Learn how Ageless AI pricing, per-patient billing, and plan management work so you can control costs and manage your subscription with confidence.

Overview

Ageless AI is billed on a per-patient basis, so your cost is tied to the number of unique patients who use the tool each month, not how many times they use it. This article explains how billing is calculated, how unused patients roll over, and how to upgrade, downgrade, pause, or cancel your plan.

This article is for practice owners, managers, and admins who manage the Ageless AI subscription inside the Ageless dashboard at admin.ageless.ai.

How Billing Works

Ageless AI billing is based on unique patients per month, not sessions.

  • If a single patient uses Ageless four times in one month, you are charged for one patient, not four. This means you can encourage repeat use without adding cost.

  • Unused patients roll over automatically each month as banked credits.

  • Banked credits expire after 60 days.

  • Your current-month allocation is always used first, before any banked credits are drawn down.

Overages. If you exceed your plan's patient limit, your first overage month is free. After that, overages are billed at $10 per patient over your plan limit, charged at the end of the billing cycle. You can upgrade your plan at any time to raise your limit.

Separate from RepeatMD. Ageless AI and RepeatMD are separate products with separate billing. If you use both, charges from both are expected and normal.

Before You Start

  • You need access to the Ageless dashboard at admin.ageless.ai.

  • You need billing or admin permissions to change your plan, update payment details, or cancel.

  • Understand that Ageless AI and RepeatMD bill separately, so review each product's charges independently.

  • Before cancelling, read the data-deletion warning in this article. Cancellation permanently deletes all data, patient images, and visualizations with no export option.

Why It Matters

Per-patient billing rewards patient engagement rather than penalizing it, so your team can encourage repeat use without watching a session meter.

  • Predictable costs: you know your patient allocation and your per-patient overage rate in advance.

  • No wasted allocation: unused patients bank automatically for up to 60 days.

  • Flexibility: you can upgrade mid-cycle for immediate capacity, downgrade with no penalty, or pause instead of cancelling to preserve your data.

  • Clear separation from RepeatMD so you can reconcile charges accurately.

Step-by-Step Instructions

All plan and billing changes happen inside the Ageless dashboard at admin.ageless.ai. Depending on your account, the billing area may appear as Billing, Plan, or Subscription.

Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan

To upgrade your plan:

  1. Log in at admin.ageless.ai.

  2. Go to Settings > Billing.

  3. Select the higher tier you want.

If you upgrade mid-cycle, you pay the prorated difference for the remainder of the billing period, and your new tier's patient allocation starts immediately.

To downgrade your plan:

  1. Log in at admin.ageless.ai.

  2. Go to Settings > Billing.

  3. Select the lower tier you want.

You can downgrade at any time with no penalty. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Update Your Payment Method

  1. Log in at admin.ageless.ai.

  2. From your dashboard, select Ageless Settings.

  3. Click the Billing & Plan tab at the top.

  4. Update your payment details.

Pause Your Plan

Pausing preserves everything while stopping normal billing. You can pause your plan for $99 per month. All data, patients, and banked credits stay safe, and you can turn the plan back on with one click.

  1. Log in at admin.ageless.ai.

  2. Go to Ageless Settings on the left.

  3. Open the Billing & Plan tab at the top.

  4. Select the pause option and confirm.

Pausing is the recommended choice if you are on the fence about cancelling, because it keeps your data intact.

Cancel Your Plan

Read this before you cancel. If you cancel, all data, patient images, and visualizations are permanently deleted. There is no export option and no grace period. If you want to keep your data, pause for $99 per month instead.

  1. Log in at admin.ageless.ai.

  2. Go to Ageless Settings on the left.

  3. Open the Billing & Plan tab at the top.

  4. Select the cancel option and confirm.

After you cancel, you keep dashboard access until your next bill date. After that date, all data, patient images, and visualizations are permanently deleted.

Annual plans. If you cancel an annual plan early, you keep full access through the end of your paid term. There is no early termination fee and no prorated refund. The account simply will not renew at the end of the term.

Best Practices and Pro Tips

  • Pause instead of cancel if there is any chance you will return. Pausing costs $99 per month and preserves all data, patients, and banked credits, while cancelling deletes everything permanently.

  • Use banked credits before they expire. Banked credits last 60 days, and your current-month allocation is always used first, so plan seasonal campaigns accordingly.

  • Upgrade mid-cycle when you need capacity now. Your new allocation starts immediately and you only pay the prorated difference.

  • Check renewal status after a trial. Go to Settings > Billing (sometimes shown as Plan or Subscription) to review renewal status and auto-renew controls so you are not charged unexpectedly.

  • Reconcile Ageless AI and RepeatMD separately. They are distinct products with distinct charges.

Common Mistakes and FAQs

Q: Will I be charged for every session a patient completes?

A: No. Billing is based on unique patients per month, not sessions. If one patient uses Ageless four times in a month, you are charged for one patient.

Q: What happens if I go over my patient limit?

A: Your first overage month is free. After that, overages are $10 per patient over your plan limit, billed at the end of the cycle. You can upgrade at any time from Settings > Billing to raise your limit.

Q: Do unused patients carry over?

A: Yes. Unused patients roll over automatically as banked credits, which expire after 60 days. Your current-month allocation is always used first before banked credits.

Q: What happens to my data if I cancel?

A: If you cancel, all data, patient images, and visualizations are permanently deleted. There is no export option and no grace period. You keep dashboard access until your next bill date, and everything is deleted after that. If you want to preserve your data, pause for $99 per month instead of cancelling.

Q: How do I make sure I am not charged after my trial?

A: Go to Settings > Billing (sometimes shown as Plan or Subscription) inside your Ageless dashboard at admin.ageless.ai. Renewal status and auto-renew controls are there.

Q: Why do I see charges from both Ageless AI and RepeatMD?

A: Ageless AI and RepeatMD are separate products with separate billing. Charges from both are expected if you use both products.
