This guide helps you match the equipment and product brands your practice actually uses to the closest capability already built into your Ageless catalog — so patients see the right name and the right AI visualization for every treatment you offer.
Overview
Every capability in your Ageless catalog (Services You Offer tab) ships with a default name, like "RF Skin Tightening" or "Facial Toning Devices." Those default names describe a category of clinical outcome, not any one brand — because dozens of devices from different manufacturers can produce a similar result.
When you turn a capability on, you can rename it to match your practice's real signage, website, and front-desk language. This article is a device-to-capability lookup: for each capability in the catalog, we list the most common devices and product brands practices rename it to, organized the same way your catalog is organized — by category and subcategory.
How Renaming Works
In your Ageless admin, go to the Services You Offer tab.
Find the capability that's the closest clinical match to your device (use the lookup tables below).
Toggle the capability on.
Click the rename option next to the Service Name.
Type in your device or brand name, then save. The change is reflected in the patient experience immediately.
Disabled capabilities stay completely hidden from patients, so only rename and turn on what you actually offer.
Device-to-Capability Renaming Guide, by Category
Find your category and subcategory below, then match your device to the recommended capability.
Aesthetic Treatments
Neurotoxin Treatments
The five neurotoxin capabilities are pre-labeled with "Botox" and a treatment area. If your practice injects a different brand, keep the area name and swap only the brand.
Ageless Capability | Common Device / Brand Names to Rename It To | Notes |
Botox – Forehead | Dysport – Forehead, Xeomin – Forehead, Jeuveau – Forehead, Daxxify – Forehead | Keeping the area suffix helps users understand which area Ageless is recommending. |
Botox – 11s (Frown Lines) | Dysport – Glabella, Xeomin – 11s, Jeuveau – Frown Lines, Daxxify – Glabella | "11s" and "Glabella" refer to the same vertical frown lines — use whichever term patients recognize. |
Botox – Crows Feet | Dysport – Crow's Feet, Xeomin – Crow's Feet, Jeuveau – Crow's Feet | — |
Botox – Lip Flip | Dysport – Lip Flip, Xeomin – Lip Flip, Jeuveau – Lip Flip | — |
Botox – Masseter | Dysport – Masseter, Xeomin – Jaw Slimming, Daxxify – Masseter | Also covers "TMJ / Jaw Tension" and "Jawline Slimming" marketing names. |
Dermal Fillers
Match filler capabilities by treatment area first, then by the specific product line your practice stocks.
Note: Sometimes it's smarter to keep a treatment name generic — patients may already recognize the broad category (like "Lip Filler"), and that gives your provider a natural opening to explain the specific product or device you actually use once they're in the room for a consultation.
Ageless Capability | Common Device / Brand Names to Rename It To | Notes |
Cheek Filler | Juvéderm Voluma, Restylane Lyft, Restylane Contour, RHA 4 | — |
Chin Filler | Juvéderm Volux, Restylane Lyft | — |
Jawline Filler | Juvéderm Volux, Restylane Contour | — |
Lip Filler | Juvéderm Volbella / Ultra XC, Restylane Kysse / Silk, RHA 2 / 3 | — |

Smile Lines Filler | Restylane Refyne, Belotero Balance, RHA 2 / 3 | Use this for marionette / perioral lines if you list it separately from Nasolabial Filler. |
Temple Filler | Restylane Lyft, Juvéderm Voluma | If your temple product is Sculptra or Radiesse, rename the Biostimulators capability instead — see below. |
Under-Eye Filler | Restylane Silk, Belotero Balance, RHA Redensity | — |

Ageless Capability | Common Device / Brand Names to Rename It To | Notes |
Sculptra | (brand name already matches – no rename needed) | Poly-L-lactic acid, Galderma. |
Radiesse | (brand name already matches – no rename needed) | Calcium hydroxylapatite, Merz. |
Hyperdilute Radiesse | "Radiesse Skin Quality," "Diluted Radiesse" | Radiesse mixed with lidocaine/saline for skin-quality treatments rather than volumizing. |
Ellansé | (brand name already matches – no rename needed) | Polycaprolactone, Sinclair. |
PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) | Eclipse PRF, Process for PRF, Selphyl (PRP variant) | — |
Exosomes | AnteAGE MD, ASCE+, Elravie, Exo-E, ExoFlo | Rename to your specific exosome brand — patients increasingly search by brand name. |
Lifting & Tightening
Non-surgical lifting spans RF, ultrasound (HIFU), microcoring, and thread technologies.
Ageless Capability | Common Device / Brand Names to Rename It To | Notes |
Microcoring | Ellacor | Ellacor is the FDA-cleared device that created the "microcoring" category — rename directly to the brand name. |
RF Skin Tightening | Thermage FLX, Profound RF, Pelleve, Venus Legacy / Freeze, Exilis Elite, EmFace (whole-face) | — |
Non-Surgical Eye Lift | EmFace Eye, Ultherapy Eye, Morpheus8 Eyes | — |
Thread Lifts | NovaThreads, MINT PDO, Silhouette InstaLift, Contour Threads | — |
Facial Slimmers
This is the best-fit category for EmFace and other facial-muscle-toning devices.
Ageless Capability | Common Device / Brand Names to Rename It To | Notes |
Facial Toning Devices | EmFace, EmTone (facial applicator) | Primary match for EmFace. If you want to highlight the skin-tightening result instead of the toning result, RF Skin Tightening is a reasonable secondary rename — just don't use both for the same device. |
Fat Dissolving Injections | Kybella, Belkyra | Deoxycholic acid injections, typically submental (double chin). |
Facials
Covers both energy-based and traditional in-office facials.
Ageless Capability | Common Device / Brand Names to Rename It To | Notes |
High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound Facial | Ultherapy, Ultraformer III, Sofwave | Sofwave uses ultrasound but at a different frequency profile than classic HIFU — flagged as an approximate match. |
In-Clinic Facials | HydraFacial, SilkPeel Dermalinfusion, Circadia Facial, LED Facial, Oxygen Facial | Use this as a catch-all for any hands-on facial that isn't device-specific elsewhere in the catalog. |
Color Correction
Pigment and vascular lasers/IPL both live here.
Ageless Capability | Common Device / Brand Names to Rename It To | Notes |
Dark Spot Lasers | PicoSure, PicoWay, BBL Forever Young / HERO, Fraxel, Lumecca IPL, Clear + Brilliant Perméa | — |

Rx Hair Restoration | Finasteride, Minoxidil (oral/topical), Keravive, compounded hair-growth formulas | — |
Wellness Treatments
Body Contouring
This subcategory has the most device overlap in the whole catalog — several major brands offer more than one modality, so pick the capability that matches the specific applicator/protocol you run, not just the brand name.
Ageless Capability | Common Device / Brand Names to Rename It To | Notes |
Fat Freezing | CoolSculpting, CoolSculpting Elite | Cryolipolysis — the most literal match in the catalog. |
Muscle Toning | EmSculpt, truSculpt Flex | HIFEM or EMS muscle stimulation only, no fat-reduction component. |
Muscle Toning + Fat Reduction | EmSculpt NEO, truSculpt iD + Flex combo protocol | Use this instead of "Muscle Toning" when the device/protocol also reduces fat in the same session. |
RF Fat Reduction | truSculpt iD, Vanquish ME, Exilis Elite | — |
RF Body Tightening | Venus Legacy, Venus Freeze, Exilis Elite, Thermage Body | If you already used Exilis or Vanquish for RF Fat Reduction, reserve this capability for a separate skin-tightening-only protocol. |
Microwave Fat Loss | Vanquish ME (contactless field RF, closest available match) | True microwave-branded fat-reduction devices are rare. If you don't have a distinct contactless/field device, leave this capability off rather than force a mismatch. |
Red Light Therapy for Body | Contour Light, PowerLight, whole-body LED/red-light beds or panels | — |
Peptide Therapy
These nine capabilities are already named for the specific peptide, so most practices won't need to rename them. Use renaming mainly for blended protocols or a proprietary program name.
Ageless Capability | Common Device / Brand Names to Rename It To | Notes |
CJC-1295/Ipamorelin | "GH Secretagogue Blend," your practice's named growth-hormone protocol | — |
BPC-157 / Thymosin Beta-4 (TB-500) | "Recovery Peptide Stack," "Healing Blend" — if you dose them together | Keep both individual capabilities if you dose them separately. |
PT-141 (Bremelanotide) | Vyleesi (FDA-approved brand for HSDD), "Libido Peptide" | — |
Sermorelin / Tesamorelin | "Growth Hormone Peptide Therapy," your branded longevity program name | — |
AOD-9604 / IGF1-LR3 / Thymosin Alpha-1 | Keep as-is, or fold into a named "Performance" or "Immune Support" peptide package | — |
Weight Management
Practices most often rename these to the specific GLP-1 medication they prescribe.
Ageless Capability | Common Device / Brand Names to Rename It To | Notes |
Medical Weight Loss | GLP-1, Semaglutide (Ozempic / Wegovy or compounded semaglutide), Tirzepatide (Mounjaro / Zepbound or compounded tirzepatide), Contrave, Phentermine | If you offer more than one medication, keep this generic ("Medical Weight Loss") or pick your flagship program name — don't rename per-medication unless you can add a second capability. |
Gastric Bypass Surgery | — | — |
Hormone Therapy
Ageless Capability | Common Device / Brand Names to Rename It To | Notes |
Hormone Therapy | BioTE Pellet Therapy, Evexipel, SottoPelle, BHRT (Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy) | — |
Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) | "Low T Therapy," "T Optimization," Defy Medical-style TRT program names | — |
Lash & Brow Treatments
Lash Treatments
Extension capabilities are already named by style/volume, so renaming is mostly about the lift/tint systems.
Ageless Capability | Common Device / Brand Names to Rename It To | Notes |
Lash Lift | Yumi Lash, Elleebana Lash Lift, LVL Lashes (Lash Lift and Volume), Keratin Lash Lift | — |
Classic / Hybrid / Volume / Mega Volume / Express Lash Extensions | Keep as-is — these describe technique/density, not a brand | Rename only if your studio markets a proprietary style name (e.g., "Signature Volume Set"). |
Lash Tint | Refectocil, Elleebana Lash Tint | — |
Brow Treatments
Ageless Capability | Common Device / Brand Names to Rename It To | Notes |
Brow Henna | Brow Code Henna, The Henna Guys Brow Henna | — |
Fluffy / Lifted / Natural Brow Lamination | Elleebana Brow Lamination, WowBrow | Keep as-is unless you run a single branded lamination system. |
Brow Tint | Refectocil Brow Tint | — |
Defined Brow Shaping / Natural Brow Shaping | Keep as-is — these describe a service style, not a brand | — |
When a Device Doesn't Fit Any Capability
Rename the closest capability in the same family. If you can't find an exact match, pick the capability that shares the same treatment area and mechanism (energy-based, injectable, topical, etc.) — patients still see something clinically relevant.
Check for overlap before you commit. A few capabilities (RF Fat Reduction vs. RF Body Tightening vs. Microwave Fat Loss, for example) describe closely related outcomes. If your device could fit more than one, use it for whichever capability is otherwise empty in your catalog.
Request a new capability. If your practice offers something with no reasonable match at all, email support@ageless.ai with the treatment name and how it works — all new capabilities go through clinical review before being added to the platform.
Best Practices Recap
Match your catalog to your real service menu before you rename anything — compare it to your website and booking system.
Use the name patients already know from your signage, website, and front desk — not the generic clinical category name.
Keep the treatment area in the name (e.g., "Dysport – Forehead," not just "Dysport") so the AI visualization stays accurate.
Revisit this guide whenever you add new equipment or switch product brands — update the renamed capability rather than leaving the old brand name in place.
