Shop Summary (Formally known as the Transactions report)

This report gives a detailed view of total sales, across memberships, packages, and treatments. Defaulted to the last 365 days, you can adjust the time frame using the Transaction Date filters.


How to use the Shop Summary report

Adjust filters to find what you're looking for:

  1. To adjust any of the filters, click into the filter value at the top of your report.

  2. The filters should be visible when you click into the report, but if you don’t see them click on the words ‘5 filters’ on the right side of your screen, above the report.

Available filters:

  • Full name

  • Phone number

  • Payment method

  • Email

  • Transaction date

  • Promo codes

  • Helped by (commissions tracking!)

Load time:

  1. Refreshes every 5 minutes

  2. If you wish to see the data faster, we recommend clearing your cache followed by manually refreshing your screen


What's in this report

Total sales

Total sales shows the revenue driven by the total number of purchases on your Patient Rewards app.

 Memberships

Memberships shows the revenue driven by the total number of Membership enrollments and monthly payments made through your Patient Rewards app.

 Services sold

Services sold shows the revenue driven by the purchase of treatments and/or packages on your Patient Rewards app.

 Average order value (AOV)

AOV shows the average dollar amount per transaction made on your Patient Rewards app.

 Sales over time

Sales over time shows the revenue driven by sales on your Patient Rewards app over a set period of time.

 Memberships vs services sold

Memberships vs services sold shows the total percentage of sales for services versus your memberships.

Transactions 

Individual transactions made with high level details including:

  • Order ID to correspond with transaction details

  • Full name

  • Phone number

  • Email

  • Helped by (commissions tracking!)

  • Transaction type

    • Membership

    • Service (treatment and/or package)

  • Payment method

    • All major credit cards

    • Affirm

  • Transaction date

  • List price

  • Discount

    If they applied a membership or promotional discount

  • RepeatCash used

  • Payment processing fee

  • Refund

  • Estimated disbursement date

  • Disbursement amount

  • (Coming soon) Sales tax collected

Transaction details

Shows individual items that were purchased in the transaction.

💡Pro tip: You can use the Order ID filter to identify which transaction you'd like to review in the transaction details. Please note that transactions with multiple quantities will be listed as different line items, but share the order ID.

  • Each non-membership transaction will receive a new order ID.

  • Any monthly payment towards a membership will generate a new order ID each month.
