Redemptions Report

This report gives a detailed view of individual patient redemptions on your app. Defaulted to the last 30 days, you can adjust the time frame using the Redemption Date filters.


How to use the Redemptions report

Adjust filters to find what you're looking for:

  • To adjust any of the filters, click into the filter value at the top of your report.

  • The filters should be visible when you click into the report, but if you don’t see them click on the words ‘4 filters’ on the right side of your screen, above the report.

Available filters:

  1. Patient full name

  2. Patient phone number

  3. Redemption date

  4. Location

  5. Category (Type of redemption)

  6. Subcategory (Name of redemption)

Load time:

  1. Refreshes every 5 minutes

  2. If you wish to see the data faster, we recommend clearing your cache followed by manually refreshing your screen


Redemption types

There are different types of redemptions a patient could leverage:

Services Redeemed

Services Redeemed shows the redemption of treatments and/or packages they’ve purchased from your Patient Rewards app.

Offers Redeemed

Offers Redeemed shows the redemption of a discount created by a Special or Automated Offer in a successful transaction.

Rewards Redeemed

Rewards Redeemed shows the redemption of a reward(s) that have been unlocked by a patient.

Membership Treatments Redeemed

Memberships Treatments Redeemed shows the redemption of treatments the enrolled member receives as part of their Membership.

In-store promotions Redeemed

In-store promotions Redeemed shows the redemption of a Special or Automated Offer at your practice versus on the app.

We cannot track the actual benefit as the redemption is happening out side of the practice for something that is not sold on your Patient Rewards app.
