A patient can now manage their billing information on your patient rewards app.
Log in using your phone number
Once you are logged in, click 'Wallet' on the bottom right of your screen
Click into Memberships at the top
Scroll all the way down and click 'Manage memberships' at the very bottom
Select 'Update payment method'
A message will pop-up to notify the patient that they are being redirected to the payment provider to update their billing information
Click 'Update payment method' to continue
Enter in your new payment method information
Click 'Save card'
