Updating membership billing information

A patient can now manage their billing information on your patient rewards app.

  1. Log in using your phone number

  2. Once you are logged in, click 'Account' on the bottom right of your screen

  3. Click into Memberships at the top

  4. Scroll all the way down and select 'Update payment method'

    • A message will pop-up to notify the patient that they are being redirected to the payment provider to update their billing information

  5. Once updated, they click 'Save card' and are redirected back to the account screen on your Patient Rewards app.
