Updating membership billing information

This article walks patients through how to update their membership billing method in the RepeatMD app.

Updated this week

A patient can now manage their billing information on your patient rewards app.

  1. Log in using your phone number

  2. Once you are logged in, click 'Wallet' on the bottom right of your screen

  3. Click into Memberships at the top

  4. Scroll all the way down and click 'Manage memberships' at the very bottom

  5. Select 'Update payment method'

    • A message will pop-up to notify the patient that they are being redirected to the payment provider to update their billing information

    • Click 'Update payment method' to continue

  6. Enter in your new payment method information

  7. Click 'Save card'
