To sign up your existing client, follow the steps below:
When a patient comes to check in for their appointment, prompt them to open their camera and scan their QR code to sign in...

If they are not logged in already or don't have an existing account, advise them to log in or sign up. | |
Verification of their account. | |
A banner will appear at the top and bottom of their phone screen prompting them to download the app for a better user experience. | |
The link will direct them to their app store. Prompt them to download your app. | |
Once downloaded, the user can select open in the App store or click into the app from their home screen.

Have the patent repeat the log-in and verification process. |

Once they are logged in, they can now scan to check in for their appointment.
Additionally, the app icon will update on their home screen to match your practice. |
If you promote your app to be downloaded on social media, we'd advise the following steps:
When a patient comes to check in for their appointment, ask if they have downloaded your new Patients Rewards app.
Ask them if they have your Patient Rewards mobile app downloaded.
If they say no, ask them to search MyRepeat: Patient Rewards in their app store and download the app to their home screen. | |
Once the download is complete, ask the patient to click into the app. | |
Have them use their phone number to login or sign up. | |
Verification of their account | |
If they don't have an account already created, have them select the option to 'Scan QR code in location. | |

Home screen loads and the app icon will update to match that of your practice. |

Clients with accounts created for your Patient Rewards program:
If they already have an account, it will ask them to select their med spa. | |
They will be directed to the home page and can scan the QR code to check in for their appointment. | |
Your practice's icon will update on their home screen. |
