Each ledger can have many predictions, repredictions and comparison tables. It's easy to save your work and retrieve it later.
Naming and Saving Your Ledgers
Make sure you title your ledger right after creating it and save your work along the way. This will avoid any possible loss of data. To get started, enter a file name in the "untitled" box at the top right of your screen.
This will automatically save your ledger. Periodically, we recommend you click on the floppy disk icon to save and changes. You will be reminded to save your work if you exit.
You can also make a duplicate of your ledger by saving it as another name.
In addition to saving your ledger, you can export any table within your ledger as a csv file and re-import it into a new ledger as needed. This is a great way to start from scratch with the same data set.
Organizing Ledgers into Notebooks
The easiest way to add a ledger to a notebook is to use the filecabinet icon just to the right of the floppy disk icon. This icon only appears after you title and save a ledger.
Select an existing notebook to add the current ledger, or create a new notebook and click the Add button. You can also add a ledger by searching for it on the View All page, and then adding it by clicking on the three vertical dots icon and choosing "Add to Notebook.
Sharing Your Ledgers
While you cannot download and transfer an entire ledger along with all of its predictions, you can share your account with a collaborator. Typically, the collaborator will be a trusted administrator or business associate. Professional users can have one active collaboration link. Genius users can have two collaborators active at the same time.
Collaborators are free. They share your account and have full use of your account. You can revoke their collaboration link at any time.
To share your account, click on the "Collaborators" link at the bottom of the sidebar.
Then click on the "+ Invite Collaborators" button and complete the invitation.
You can invite as many collaborators as you like, and decide which to activate or deactivate using the toggle switch. Professional users can have one active collaborator. Genius users can activate any two collaborators. You can also change the state of your collaborators at any time using the toggle switch.
Invitations can only be sent to individuals who are not already users, unless the invitation is sent to a second email that is not registered as a user. For security purposes, one email cannot be registered to multiple accounts.
