As of 10/31/2024, Resimplifi has released the following features for Associate™.
Major Additions/Features
Added Circle Draw feature for radius property search
Along with the polygon tool, users will now be able to search for listings via a radius property search.
Updated mobile responsiveness for Map Search
Users will now be able to easily navigate on Map Search when accessing Associate™ on a mobile device. Previously, it was difficult to click on cards and conduct listing searches. Per user feedback, this has been fixed.
Filters in Map Search have been reordered. In addition, certain options shall now show or hide depending on selections
The Filters menu has been reordered after hearing feedback from many users. The order was determined based on how most people conduct searches while also preserving order from the previous layout.
When certain options are selection, items in the Filters menu shall appear or disappear.
For example, if a user only has "Sale" selected as their listing type, the Lease filters disappear.
Added toggle to enable Residential parcels in Data Layers
Users will now be able to toggle on/off Residential parcels within the Map Search.
Minor Additions/Features
Added a tooltip for listing card badges
When hovering over badges on listing card, tooltips shall appear
Added tooltip for "Open in new tab" button on listing card
This tooltip shall appear when listing card is open
Added shadow to checkbox on Listing card
When there is a white or light background, users reported that it was tough to see the checkbox
Added tooltip for Circle drawing mode
Fixed tooltips for Draw mode
Previously, tooltips were hiding beneath the listing cards at certain points
Added ability to delete old photo without uploading another photo
FOR CARNM ADMINS: Added status and company filters to Users table
