Associate Feature Release - 6/10/26

Big upgrades to maps, listing data, reports, exports, admin workflows, and email reliability across Associate.

It’s been a little while since our last feature release article, but we’ve continued shipping improvements across Associate the whole time.

Over the past few months, we’ve rolled out major upgrades across maps, listing data, reports, exports, parcel workflows, and core platform reliability. Some of these changes are immediately noticeable, while others quietly make the product feel stronger every day.

Google Maps Upgrade

We’ve delivered a major leap forward in mapping by bringing core map experiences onto Google Maps.

That means stronger satellite and hybrid imagery, built-in Street View support, better address search, and a more modern experience across the main map, listing maps, report maps, and admin map tools. It also gave us a much stronger foundation for parcel overlays, geography layers, drawn shapes, and smoother performance across a wider range of devices and browsers.

You'll find the orange guy for Street View in the bottom right corner:

Lot Size, Land Data, and Pricing

We made a major push to strengthen how Associate handles land listings, lot size, and land-related pricing.

You'll find the Lot Size search filter under Building & Property:

Associate now does a better job supporting lot size units, land-focused pricing workflows, and calculations like price per square foot and price per acre. We also tightened how acreage, parcel data, and lot size presentation work together, making land listings easier to understand, easier to compare, and easier to search.

Reports, PDFs, and Client-Facing Output

We continued leveling up the tools users rely on to turn listing data into polished, shareable materials.

PDF generation from My Listings is now more streamlined, and we’ve continued refining flyers, reports, transaction presentation, report links, QR behavior, and map rendering throughout reporting workflows. The result is a cleaner path from internal listing management to polished external presentation.

Parcel and Spatial Workflows

We also put a lot of work into making map-based research and parcel workflows more capable behind the scenes.

That includes stronger handling for drawn shapes, cleaner parcel interactions, more dependable parcel coverage across geographic boundaries, and more intuitive location-based filtering. For users who rely on maps to explore markets, analyze territory, and evaluate sites, these upgrades add up in a meaningful way.

Better Deliverability and Reliability

We made important updates behind the scenes to help email delivery and communication workflows behave more reliably.

This work focused on tightening delivery logic, recipient safeguards, and supporting systems so communication is more dependable and the platform feels more polished and trustworthy overall.

Stronger Data Consistency

We also continued tightening how search, reporting, exports, and transaction workflows line up across the platform.

That includes refinements to filtering behavior, date handling, transaction logic, and land-related search behavior so users can move between tools with more confidence that the results will stay consistent.

Continuing to Build

This has been a major stretch of progress for Associate, and we’re excited to keep building on it.

We’re also actively working on a major redesign of the map search and filtering experience. If you’ve made it this far and you’re someone who spends a lot of time in map search, filtering, and day-to-day research workflows, we’d love to hear from you. If you’re interested in seeing early versions and helping shape what comes next, reach out to our team and we’ll be in touch when we have something ready to share.
