Dynamic reports are a powerful way to share new listings with your clients or team. Instead of sending PDF reports, you can create a report linked to a specific search. This will always have the newest listings based on the filters. You can also choose to notify specific contacts by email, so they receive daily or weekly updates automatically.
First, you go to Map Search, and do the search that you want. The reports will based on your filters. You can zoom in or use the draw tool to create a drawn shape.
Once you have the search that you like, click on the Reports menu in the top left corner:
And select From Map Area.
You'll be taken to the Create Report page where you specify the report name, an optional Report description that will be included in the emails that get sent.
There are some display options, reports won't show original attachments or brokers unless you check these boxes. This keeps the reports focused, and makes sure that the client reaches out to you if they have questions.
Contacts is where you'll specify who should receive daily or weekly updates of new listings that match the report's search parameters.
If you don't have a contact already, you'll have to add that first. Or you can save the report without a contact, add a contact, and then add the contact to the report.

If the contact has been added, then you'll be able to choose it from the dropdown menu. All contacts added to a report will appear on the notification emails.
Once you've added a contact, you'll have the option to notify them or not of new listings, as well as specify to send them daily or weekly emails:
We only display the latest 250 results by default.
Make sure that you've saved your email at the bottom, and you're all set.
A copy of the daily or weekly emails sent to you and your contacts will appear in your Emails:
