How do I create a Saved Search?

Save your current map view and filters to quickly rerun searches, and receive notifications by email.

Updated this week

Saved Searches let you save your current map view and filters, so you can quickly run the same search later without re-entering your criteria. This is helpful if you regularly search the same areas or want to get notified when matching listings are added.

if you would like your clients to receive daily or weekly notifications, you will need to create a dynamic report. Click here to learn more about creating dynamic reports.

When you're on the Map Search, and you're logged in, you can set any filters or parameters that you want. This includes drawn shapes like polygons and circles.

Once your filters are set and you're seeing the results that you want, click the Star Icon in the top right corner.

Click Create to create a new Saved Search. The Name field is required. The Description is optional, and is only there as a personal reference.

After saving, the saved search will appear in the Saved Searches menu for quick access.

With notifications on, you can receive them in your Daily/Weekly update email, or you can choose to receive an Hourly version, which will send you new matching results as soon as they appear in the system.

Return to the Saved Searches menu at any time to view your saved searches, turn notifications on or off, update a specific saved search's filters, or delete a saved search.

How to adjust notifications on or off on a Saved Search

Click on the Notifications button next to the saved search name:

By default, notifications are turned off. You can have new results be sent to you in the Daily/Weekly update email. Or you can also set it to receive an hourly email with any new results that match your preferences.
