Access for Sub Users

Sub Users have full access to the listings they are assigned to, which includes:

  • Editing the Listing: Update and manage information on the assigned venue listing.

  • Viewing Booking Requests and Messages: Access all booking requests and messages for that venue.

  • Responding to Booking Requests and Messages: Sub-users can update the status of booking requests and directly communicate with bookers.

RestauRent Sub Users are given specific venue access, ensuring they receive relevant email notifications whenever the venue receives a Booking Request or Message.

Notifications for Sub Users

Sub Users receive all notifications associated with the venues they are assigned to. These include:

  • Booking Requests: Notifications of new booking requests.

  • Messages from Bookers: Communication updates from potential clients.

  • Product Updates: Important updates regarding RestauRent features.

  • Listing Notifications: Any other relevant notifications for the assigned venue.

Note: Sub Users can manage their notification settings individually. For guidance on updating notification preferences, please refer to the [Updating Your Account Information on RestauRent].
