How to Update Profile Information
Accessing Your Profile
Easily navigate to your profile settings to make updates to your account.
Log in to your account.
Click on your User Icon in the top left of the gray sidebar.
Select My Profile to open your profile settings.
Profile Settings
Customize and manage various aspects of your account in the My Profile section. Below are the details you can update:
1. Personal Information
Name: Update the name displayed on your account.
Profile Picture: Upload a new profile picture.
2. Contact and Security
Keep your account secure and your contact details up to date.
Email Address: To update the email address associated with your account please email support@restaurent.com and we will assist you with updating your email address. This is used for login, notifications, and important updates.
Phone Number: Update the cell phone number associated with your account.
Password: Change your password for improved security.
3. Notification Settings
Control which emails you receive to stay informed without overwhelm.
Choose to unsubscribe from or re-subscribe to important notifications, marketing emails, or website updates.
Specify the types of emails you’d like to receive.
4. Sub-Users Management
Manage additional users and control their venue access.
Add or Remove Sub-Users: Create or delete secondary users (see our [Sub-User Guide] for details).
Edit Assigned Venues: Assign or remove specific venue access for each sub-user.
5. Billing and Subscription
Easily access your payment information and past invoices.
Open Billing Portal: View billing and subscription details.
