How to Enhance Your RestauRent Listing
Updated over a month ago

RestauRent is a marketplace designed for private event spaces, with new venues joining our platform every day. To help your venue attract the right Bookers, it’s essential to make your listing stand out with compelling, accurate details.

Enhancing Your Listing

1. Add Essential Details

Including key information on your listing description ensures it stands out and sets clear expectations for potential guests.

  • Create a Detailed Description

    • Highlight what clients love about hosting events at your venue. Think about special touches, such as customized menus, flexibility with client needs, smooth event execution, or dedicated staff support.

    • Mention the variety of menu options, such as buffet-style, hors d'oeuvres, or seated dinners.

    • Detail your bar offerings, like cash bar, open bar, or BYOB.

    • Be transparent about pricing: Do you charge an hourly rate or have a minimum spend requirement?

    • If you offer event packages or additional add-ons, be sure to list these options.

    • Explain what types of events your venue can accommodate. Can you host both private and semi-private events? For semi-private bookings, indicate if you have a dedicated area or if you simply section off part of the venue.

  • Add Sub Listings

    • Sub Listings let you highlight unique private spaces or distinct areas within your venue. By creating specific Sub Listings, you can showcase each area’s unique features, including details on capacity, ambiance, and amenities.

2. Use High-Quality Photos to Attract Guests

Photos are one of the first things Bookers notice about your listing, so make them count!

  • Showcase Your Venue Accurately

    • Capture all the spaces guests will have access to, including any unique areas. Regularly updating your photos ensures they reflect your current offerings.

  • Select an Eye-Catching Cover Photo

    • The cover photo and listing title are the first things Bookers see in search results. Choose a cover photo that captures the essence of your venue and entices potential guests.
