What’s in the Census Tab
The Census tab contains three reports, each with its own focus:
Census Counts
View counts by payer type and discipline.
Census Dates
See patient name, payer type, and admit/start/end of care dates by discipline.
Census Details
Review medical treatment/CBT codes, frequency, duration, and onset dates for each ICD code.
Use this report as your go-to place for pulling all ICD codes and their onset dates.
Filtering Your Reports
Tab-Level Filters: Apply a date range, payer type, discipline, and more once—your selections update all three reports at the same time.
Filtering in a Single Report: You can still filter each report individually, just like before, if you don’t want to use the tab-level filter for all reports.
Green Highlighting: Indicates programs a patient was actively on during your selected date range. Historical program dates are still displayed for context.
Exporting as a PDF
Apply your filters.
Click Download.
Choose PDF and select the reports you want.
(Optional) Uncheck “Truncate Tables” to display all data without cutoff.
Download.
Optional: Save View (Beta Feature)
You may see a Save View option in the top corner. This allows you to store your filtered view for later.
Note:
Saved views are shared across your enterprise.
They will reset when a new deployment occurs.
FAQs
Q: Why do I still see programs that ended before my date range?
A: Historical program dates are included for context. Green highlighting shows active programs in your selected period.
Q: Can I export to Excel?
A: Yes, use the download menu to select your preferred format.
Q: Will this filtering work in other reports?
A: Yes, the same style of filtering will be added to other areas over time.
