⚠️ Important Points
Hidden Filters: Each "liveboard" tab has its own filters (e.g., Census vs. MDS). They hide when you switch tabs.
Refresh Timing: Please allow up to 1 hour for new or updated assessment data to appear.
🔗 PCC Integration (Update Coming Soon)
We’re updating our PCC integration to include the new O0390: Therapy Services question. Target release: by end of week (Oct 3, 2025).
📊 Department Metrics: MDS Tab Updates
Two New Tabs
MDS Tab – Streamlined assessment-based reports
CMGs Tab – Case Mix Groups & HIPPS reporting
The New Assessment Filter
At the top of the MDS liveboard, you’ll now see an Assessment filter:
Patient Last Name, First Name (MRN); Assessment Type (Assessment Date aka ARD)
Key differences from before:
Section O data no longer requires a finalized assessment (but billing & CMGs still do).
GG scores are now displayed within MDS assessments (prior, admission, discharge). You can still get GG data without an MDS via the Outcomes tab.
Reports refresh hourly — new assessments or changes may take up to 1 hour to appear.
Section O – 7 Day Lookback
We’ve added the new CMS-required question O0390: Therapy Services, which tracks whether each discipline provided at least 15 minutes of treatment on one or more days in the lookback window.
🌐 Enterprise Portal Updates
The “MDS” tab is now renamed CMGs
It contains only Case Mix reports:
Case Mix Groups & HIPPS
Case Mix Group Estimator
Section O & GG reports have been removed; they remain at the facility level in the Provider Portal.
🖨️ Printing Instructions

(Optional) Check the Include filter pages if you want a cover page with patient/assessment details.
