Manage Your Integration

This is where you go when you want to make sure everything is actually working.

If contacts aren’t showing up, something feels off, or you just want to double check — this is the place.


How to get there

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations

  2. Click the three dots next to your integration

  3. Select Manage


What you can check here

Test your connection

Click Test connection

→ If you see Success, you’re good

Use this if:

  • You just connected your integration

  • Contacts aren’t showing up

  • You want to sanity check everything


Where your contacts are going

Under Sync settings, you’ll see the list contacts are being sent to.

Use this if:

  • You want to confirm the right list is selected

  • Something looks off in your ESP


If contacts are actually syncing

The Sync Summary shows recent activity.

Use this if:

  • You’re expecting contacts but don’t see them

  • You want proof things are working


Update your credentials

You can update your API key here if needed.

Use this if:

  • Your connection breaks

  • You rotated your API key


What to expect

  • You may see “Waiting for data” at first — that’s normal

  • “Success” may flash quickly when testing the connection

  • Data will appear once contacts start syncing
