To Delete an RMA Follow these steps.

Step-by-step:

Navigate to the Originate page.
Locate the RMA # or use the magnifying glass to search the RMA in Originate.
Select the red Trashcan icon to delete the RMA.
A new window will pop up, click Delete to confirm.
