Follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Originate page.
  2. Enter the search criteria into the Search Returns field.
  3. Click the RMA # or the magnifying glass to open the RMA in Originate.
  4. Click "Actions" and choose "Delete". 
  5. A new window will pop up, click Delete to confirm.
