Adding a new Return Reason
Step-by-step:
Navigate to Settings > Returns - Originate > Return Reasons
Select "Add Reason"
Fill out information (I.e. Active?, Require Comment Collection, Customer Image Collection).
Save and publish changes.
Note:
To edit an existing Return Reason, select the blue edit button.
To delete an existing Return Reason, select the red trashcan button.
To deactivate a Return Reason select the blue checkmark on the left side.
