How Do I Set Up Return Reasons?

Learn how you can customize existing returns reasons, add new, require return comments, and require images when shoppers request a return.

Adding a new Return Reason

Step-by-step:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Returns - Originate > Return Reasons

  2. Select "Add Reason"

  3. Fill out information (I.e. Active?, Require Comment Collection, Customer Image Collection).

  4. Save and publish changes.

Note:

To edit an existing Return Reason, select the blue edit button.

To delete an existing Return Reason, select the red trashcan button.

To deactivate a Return Reason select the blue checkmark on the left side.
