Learn how to adjust and edit your shoppers return

Overview:

Has a shopper contacted you asking if they can change their exchange to a refund, or refund to a store credit? No problem! ReturnLogic allows you too easily change your shoppers return types with no hassle.

To begin this process, locate your RMA and follow the steps below:

  1. On the RMA, select "Actions" and "Adjust Return" 

  2. Select the "Return Type" dropdown and choose your new return type. 

  3. Select "Save".
