How Do I Change If RMAs Are Authorized Manually or Automatically?

Step-by-step:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Returns - Originate > General Policies

  2. Scroll down to "RMA Authorization"

  3. Select Manual or Automatic RMA Authorization

  4. Select "Save Draft" and "Publish Settings"


When it comes to processing RMAs, there are two choices: 

  1. Automatically Authorize RMAs-  RMA requests that fall within policy parameters will be automatically authorized.

  2. Manually Authorize RMAs-  RMA requests that fall within policy parameters will need to be manually authorized by an Originate team member.
