To find an RMA in Collector, visit the Collector page and follow these steps:

  1. Type in the RMA number you are looking for in the Barcode scan field and select enter on your keyboard OR use a barcode scanner that’s connected to the computer you’re using and scan the top barcode on the Return Authorization slip

You can also search for the RMA(s) by selecting the magnifying glass button, or by setting the search criteria (Return Reason, Return Type, Return Status, Date Range) for the RMA(s) you are looking for.

Additional Information: Barcode scanners must be configured and able to read code 39 barcode for reading the barcodes on the Return Authorization slip.

  1. Select the magnifying glass and search by: Order Number, RMA number, Order Name, Customer, or Email.

  2. Select the search criteria (Return Reason, Return Type, Return Status, Date Range) for the RMA you are looking for.
