Using the Originate portion of your ReturnLogic account, you are able to filter and search for specific RMA's.
How to Find Past RMA's:
Select the "Show:" dropdown
Select "Include Archived RMAs"
Click the magnifying glass button.
Enter RMA, Order #, Order Name, Email, or Customer.
Select desired RMA to locate it.
Note: If you don't see your RMA, try searching by one of the other options (I.e. Order #, Order Name, Email, or Customer). If you still can't locate your RMA, make sure you have the correct date range selected and that your filters are set to "All RMAs"
