Gift Returns allow your shoppers to exchange or receive store credit without informing the original purchaser of the transaction. Follow the steps below to see how your shoppers can seamlessly return a gift!
How Shoppers Can Create A Gift Return:
Select the "Do you have a gift?" button at the bottom of the return center homepage.
2. Enter the order number and postal code of the original purchaser of the gift.
3. Enter the Name and Email of the Receiver of the Gift. Then Click the "Start Return" button at the bottom of the page.
4. Once "Start Return" is selected, the shopper will be brought to the address page where they can change all of the information to fit their credentials.
Once all of the new credentials are entered correctly, press the "Continue" button. The shopper should now be able to initiate their return the same way as a non-gift.
The gift return page can be customized by going to Settings > Returns Originate > Customize.
