Meta <> Shopify Integration Limitations
Partial refunds cannot be processed for Meta orders via Shopify. This is a known Meta <> Shopify limitation, ReturnLogic is not able to circumvent this.
Meta orders can only be submitted for a full refund, store credit, warranty, exchange via the ReturnLogic portal. Meta orders cannot be restocked in Collector if you are using the Order API found in your ReturnLogic Shopify Integration settings, this is due to partial refunds not being allowed for Meta orders.
