What is the ReturnLogic Shipping Solution?

  • The ReturnLogic Shipping Solution provides a way to immediately begin creating RMAs that generate labels without any signing up for accounts or configuring settings or adding funds to an account. ReturnLogic simplifies the process by managing the financial relationship with the carrier. This service allows you to skip adding funds to an account and eliminates the need for maintaining a balance to use toward future shipping labels.

  • The ReturnLogic Shipping Solution provides competitive pricing automatically applied to labels. It works with USPS to provide what is often the most affordable shipping pricing available.

  • Since ReturnLogic is facilitating this process, we invoice for the cost of the labels once they are used.

What doesn't the ReturnLogic Shipping Solution do?

  • ReturnLogic does not create shipping labels as we are not a shipping provider.

  • ReturnLogic cannot edit or customize any labels that are generated.

  • ReturnLogic does not provide labels outside of ReturnLogic return workflows.

  • This solution (in partnership with USPS) currently does not support international returns, only domestic returns made within the US.

Can I use the ReturnLoigc Shipping solution with other providers other than USPS?

At this time, USPS is the only provider we have partnered with but that may change in the future.

You will be using USPS labels and will need to make sure USPS can meet your needs as your shipping provider. Please reach out to ReturnLogic support with any specific questions or concerns you may have.


Can the ReturnLogic Shipping Solution support International and non-domestic US shipping?

  1. At this time, it cannot support international or non-domestic US shipping. Currently, it only supports domestic shipping in the US.

Am I required to use the ReturnLogic Shipping Solution?

No, you can decide to use Shippo or EasyPost as an alternative in your integration settings.
