This Installation Guide provides detailed instructions on how to install ReturnLogic into a BigCommerce store. The process is simple and straightforward, but there are some prerequisites you want to confirm before starting.
Prerequisites
You will have to be logged into a BigCommerce store, regardless of subscription, with the store owner's email and password. Only the store owner role has the ability to install and uninstall applications from the marketplace.
If you're unsure what the store owner's email is, this can be found under Account Settings > Users
You will need to log into your ReturnLogic account
Confirm with your CSM that you have "App Store Access". If you do not, you will not be able to complete the installation process.
Installing the Integration
Great! Now that we've worked through the prerequisites, let's install the integration.

Navigate to https://apps.bigcommerce.com/details/45443
Click the "Install" button
After that, click the Confirm button, Complete Installation button, and Allow Access buttons. These will allow ReturnLogic to access the BigCommerce store
You're ready to go! After installation, you will be redirected to the ReturnLogic Homepage.
