Find "ReturnLogic Returns Management" in the Shopify app store (or click here) and install the app

Grant ReturnLogic permissions.

Fill out this form to be contacted by a ReturnLogic sales representative to set up your contract.

(Do you already have a contract and a ReturnLogic CSM? If so, no need to fill out the form)

At this point, either a sales rep or your CSM will contact you shortly. If no one contacts you within 2 business days please reach out to support@returnlogic.com

After your account is finalized by a ReturnLogic rep, you can access your account via Shopify.

Why can't my Shopify users see ReturnLogic?

This may be due to your default Shopify permissions - not every user may have access to every app. You can allow users to view Returnlogic under Settings > Users and Permissions. The checkbox next to ReturnLogic needs to be checked (note: Manage and install apps and channels is not necessary to view ReturnLogic)
