Historically, review requests sent via SMS text have much higher success rates over email.

Now we’re taking it one step further and allowing you to send MMS texts, giving you the ability to add employee pictures to review requests!

Once your account has MMS texting enabled, whenever you send a review request a picture of the employee who helps the customer will appear with the text message.

Note: All field employees should make sure their profile picture is uploaded (and looks professional) so customers can see their beautiful smiling faces in the message. :-)

Now, with the ReviewBuzz mobile app, share reviews that are in close proximity to your customers, and help your sales team win more customers.

You can showcase up to 15 relevant, localized reviews to your customer when you visit them.
