The Power of the Profile Page
The Profile Page is the control center for your event in Reviewr. It’s where you’ll set all key dates, customize your public microsite, manage attachments, and check your setup before launch. If you're building or managing an event, this page is where it all begins—and where you’ll come back to for updates, adjustments, and final reviews.
Dates & Deadlines
The Dates & Deadlines section allows you to control exactly when different parts of your event become available.
The Countdown setting lets you add a live countdown to your microsite, helping applicants keep track of how many days remain until the submission deadline.
The Organization field lets you enter the name of your company or program, which will appear across your event, including on the microsite.
You’ll also set a Signup Deadline, which is the last day applicants can create an account.
The Live Date controls when applicants gain access to the submission form and can begin their entries.
The Submission Deadline marks the final day applicants can submit, and is typically the date tied to the Countdown display.
The Evaluation Start Date define's when judges gain access to submissions.
The Evaluation Deadline define's when their review period closes.
At the bottom of this section, you’ll find a dropdown to set the Primary Admin. This is the admin whose name and contact information will auto-populate in email templates when using admin variables like first name, last name, or email address.

Event Status
The Event Status section allows you to control whether the event is currently accepting submissions. You can mark the event as Active to begin collecting entries, Closed if your event is over, or Cancelled if the event was created in error or should no longer be used. Changing the status takes immediate effect across the platform.
Microsite Customization
This section helps you personalize the public-facing microsite for your event. You can enter a description to provide additional information, instructions, or general context to applicants. The Rules field allows you to outline qualifications, restrictions, or event-specific guidelines that apply to participants.
You also have control over which sections are displayed on the microsite by selecting from options such as the event description, sponsor logos, submitter resources, signup prompt, and rules. These elements help applicants better understand your event and prepare their submission.
Attachments
From the Profile Page, you can upload supporting files such as submission templates, guidelines, rubrics, or any other helpful documents. These attachments will appear in a dropdown menu on your microsite if you choose to display them. Uploaded files are publicly visible to any user accessing the site when enabled.

Custom Dates
Custom Dates give you the flexibility to track any additional milestones that fall outside of the standard submission and evaluation periods. These might include internal review deadlines, upcoming program launches, scholarship announcements, or other key dates relevant to your team. These fields are informational and do not affect system behavior, but they help you keep everything in one place.

Event Sanity Check
The Sanity Check section provides a list of common setup items that act as a final review of your event. Each question appears as a clickable link. When selected, the platform will display a clear Yes or No response, depending on whether the task has been completed. If something is missing, you’ll see an error message explaining what needs to be addressed. This feature is a great way to quickly spot issues before launching your event.
