Reviewer - Dashboard

Navigate the Reviewer Dashboard to view instructions, filter assigned submissions, access files, and complete evaluations with ease.

Welcome to the Reviewer Dashboard — the landing page you'll see upon logging in as a reviewer in Reviewr.

What You'll Find on the Dashboard

  • Instructions
    Event administrators may leave custom notes or instructions here for reviewers to follow.

  • Downloadable Content
    Any relevant files or links provided by the admin will appear here for download.

  • Submission Table Search Filters
    Use these filters to narrow down your list of assigned submissions.

  • Submission Table
    This table lists all submissions assigned to you for evaluation.

You can switch between your assigned groups by clicking the appropriate Group Tab located above the search filters.

Using the Search Filters

If the fields are visible and enabled by your admin, you can filter your submissions by:

  • Division

  • Label

  • Submission Name

  • First Name

  • Last Name

Once your filters are selected:

  • Click Search to apply them.

  • Click Reset to clear all filters and start fresh.

Evaluation Statuses:

  • Incomplete - Evaluation hasn’t been started

  • In Progress - Evaluation hasn’t been submitted

  • Completed (Shows Score) - Evaluation has been submitted

How to Review & Score Submissions

  1. Click the "eye" icon next to the submission you wish to review.

  2. On the right-hand side, select "My Evaluations."

  3. Click "Evaluate Now."

  4. Complete the evaluation form provided.

  5. Click "Submit" when finished. If you're not ready to submit, select "Close."

Evaluation Statuses

  • Incomplete – Evaluation hasn’t been started.

  • In Progress – Evaluation is started but not yet submitted.

  • Completed (Shows Score) – Evaluation is complete and submitted.

Note: Reviewers are not currently able to sort submissions by score.
