Use these filters to narrow down your list of assigned submissions.Submission Table
This table lists all submissions assigned to you for evaluation.
You can switch between your assigned groups by clicking the appropriate Group Tab located above the search filters.
Using the Search Filters
If the fields are visible and enabled by your admin, you can filter your submissions by:
Division
Label
Submission Name
First Name
Last Name
Once your filters are selected:
Click Search to apply them.
Click Reset to clear all filters and start fresh.
Reviewers can also use most of the columns for sorting by clicking on the Column Header.
NOTE: Sorting by Score value is not available at this time.
Evaluation Statuses:
Not Started - The Evaluation has not been started
Incomplete - The Evaluation has been started but not submitted, and the Score should say "In Progress."
Complete - The Evaluation has been submitted, and the Score should display.
How to Review & Score Submissions
Click the "eye" icon next to the submission you wish to review. Depending on your needs, choose one of the following options:
View: Open the submission without automatically opening the scorecard. This is useful for reviewing content without making changes.
Edit: Open the evaluation workflow and scorecard alongside the submission for completing and submitting evaluations.
On the right-hand side, select "My Evaluations."
Click "Evaluate Now."
Complete the evaluation form provided.
Click "Submit" when finished. If you're not ready to submit, select "Close." For further instructions on reviewing and scoring submissions, view this article.
Evaluation Statuses
Not Started - The Evaluation has not been started
Incomplete - The Evaluation has been started but not submitted, and the Score should say "In Progress."
Complete - The Evaluation has been submitted, and the Score should display.
Note: Reviewers are not currently able to sort submissions by score.
