Accessing and Editing Email Templates
To access your Email Templates page, go to:
Email → Email Templates
To edit a template, click Edit next to the one you want to change.
Here, you can edit or update the templates used for system-generated emails. This includes updating the subject line, body content, and even adding BCC recipients if needed.
While editing, make sure to use Insert Variable Tokens to dynamically pull in event-specific details (see: Insert Variable Token Definitions & Uses).
When you're done, click Save to apply your changes. To exit without saving, select Cancel.
