Click the "Management" button on the lefthand bar

Click the "Manage Submissions" page

Select the checkbox next to the submissions you would like to email

In the Bulk Action dropdown in the bottom left corner, select the "Send Template Email" option

Choose which email template you like to send

select "Send"
