Ready to forward your calls after hours, to your new after hours employee Charlie? Here are the steps to take to forward your calls:
First you will want to find the number, that you will need to forward the calls to. You can find this by clicking on the down arrow on the bottom left hand corner and clicking settings.
On your settings page, you will see the AI agent phone number. This is the number that you will need to use when setting up call forwarding to Charlie.

Once you have forwarded the calls, Charlie should start taking over and handle your calls after hours.
