Have patients been brining to your attention, that when they schedule an appointment they aren't sure what appointment they are booking because the display name is odd? You can update the display name to be more patient friendly by following these steps:
Go to scheduling > settings
Click on set appointment type schedules
Select the appointment type you want to change the display name for
Enter in the new name, into the display as text box
Click save schedule
Moving forward, your new display name should show to patients!
