If you have a campaign set up, to go out to any new patient appointment type. You will want to make sure the correct appointments are toggled as new patient, to ensure they are set up for the campaign. Follow these steps, to make sure everything is set up correctly:
Go to gear icon > integration
Select edit appointment type settings
Click the recent toggle
Look for any new patient appointments and make sure they have a blue check under the new patient column
Moving forward any appointment selected as new patient, should be added into a campaign set up for any new patient appointment type.
